Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all accessories and tags.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital services.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@gadgetlab.co.in or call us at 9888668168 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will verify your request and send return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us within 3 days of approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds? Please contact your bank or credit card company first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@gadgetlab.co.in.
